What a great buy!

Just wanted to share our good fortune with you all.

Wilhelm and I went to an auction today, and among the many good buys was one in particular that we considered excellent...... we got an electric floor model cream separator for $10!!!! We were shocked when no one even bid against us!

In the new Hoegger Supply catalog, an electric table-top model is $395!

Congrats! I need to browse the catalog, if I ran across one I'd probably be one of the people who didn't bid cause I wouldn't know what it was. Did the auctioneer know what it was? I once went to a auction and the auctioneer described a vaporizer as a portable countertop clothes washer! LOL

LOL... there were a few things the auctioneer did not properly label..... but Wilhelm immediately knew what the separator was. We got a few other good buys, too. Notably, I got 2 matching pieces of carnival glass, and Wilhelm got some collectible items. All in all, it was a very good day!
