Goat food, sileage ??
A question for you all. We have access to some sileage and were thinking about feeding it to our goats. Can this be done safely, or will it cause problems? We curently feed them grains and hay from last years cutting. We also hand cut hay for them from this years crop. However, in prparing for this coming winter, we are having problems locating hay at reasonable prices, and are thinking of feeding the on sileage of which we have a very economical supply of. So, what do ya think? Is it a godd thing or not? Thanks in advance for any info.
