Bragging on my DH...
Have to brag a little..after watching several attempts at pressing cheese w/tin can/weights from the weight bench/rubber bands-having the whole thing tobble in the wee hours!! -My sweet DH designed and created a wonderful aluminum press! You just "screw it down" for added pressure-heavy enough to never "tobble"-big enough for several gallons of milks curds-and creats a gorgeously formed block!!-I am blessed.

Can you post pictures? ...and instructions? My DH is pretty handy if I tell him what I want.
