Another Question...milking advice please

I have been milking out a little each morning but the babies are still with mom 24/7.
My largest Doe was really big on one side and her udder was a little hard on that side. I milked her out good on that side and her udder evened out, that was 2 days ago and hers is staying even..normal looking. She is a 3 year old and a second freshener but very wild and a fight to milk. I hope she will tame down, she's never been milked before.
The other Doe, a smaller one is easy to milk. She's a first freshener. Her udder is VERY lopsided. Even if I only milk the large side hers doesn't even out like the other one, it just stays uneven. Should I milk both sides or just the one side? How do I get her udder to even out and look normal?
Both moms have only 1 kid and I know they both favor one side.
Is this OK or should I do something?

I would definitely milk out both sides - the big side may require some heat to get it all released - warm wash cloth, massage - and you may have to do it a time or two to get it completely empty. I have a kinder that is 5 years old and she lost half her bag - she had a favorite side for the kids to nurse, and ended up with mastitis in the unfavored side. Keep working with the wild one, she may tame down for you. I hope so. Good luck.

Both sides are soft and both sides have milk and are easy to milk out. It's just lopsided like 3 to 1 size.
Also, if the kids are with the moms 24/7 is it possible to milk out too much so the kids won't have enough? I've been worried about that too.
Thanks..

She is lop-sided because the kids are only nursing from one side. I would milk out both sides on both does at least once a day. She will have more thatn enough for you and the kids. Is she getting some grain, that is important if you are milking.
Sometimes they get in the habit of nursing on one side that the doe will not even out, till next time. not to worry though it is ok.

They get browse, hay, loose minerals, baking soda, grain, and alfalfa pellets. The Fias Co Farm website said 2 to 3 pounds of grain a day for goats that you milk. I'm giving them 2 pounds a day, they are not big goats. One is Nubian/Spanish cross and the other is a mutt.

Some does are just lopsided. I have one that is lopsided, and has always been. She milks just fine, and I just keep milking both sides.
