Blood...?

My doe had kids monday, and there was the normal blood stuff around her opening and that went away, but now (saturday) there is blood around her tail and stuff... is this ok? This is my first time ever having kids so... yea. She's kind of skinny too, I've increased her feed and hay and she goes outside and eats grass.

I've had a couple pass small amounts of blood as much as two weeks after kidding. She's probably fine but watch her for more.
