Question question about my 2 month old buckling

the last two days his right eye has been full of a nasty accumulation of some kind of green mucas, i have been using a warm damp cloth to remove it from his eye and clean it off his face around his eye, today it is twice as bad and his eye is bright red, any ideas whats going on or how it might be remedied?

His eye is infected. I would get a vet to check it out as it sounds like he will require an antibiotic eye ointment.

Most feed stores carry optical Terramycin. Your vet should also have it. Use it in the infected eye twice a day.
