Silly goat pics

It's too darned cold and miserable to do much today, so I took my camera out to the barn. Gabriel is a real ham, but he tends to run towards me, when I'm trying to get pics - so much for dam-raised babies being "unfriendly"! He's six days old today.

He looks like my little Clovis. I hated to sell him. He was so cute and real rascal, but I didn't need another buck. I'll be happy to send you some heat. It was in the low 90's today here in GA.

So YOU got our rain huh??? grin. Go ahead and send it back OUR way. grin. We could use it!!! giggle
It started out SO humid and SO DARK. And then our beautiful rain clouds passed and left us with heat and no breeze!!! ackkkkk.

I think the only thing more addictive than buying dairy goats is taking pictures of them.. I LOVE taking pics of mine. grin. Those are SUCH cute pics!!! Im glad you had fun on an otherwise annoying day!!!

Oh, we didn't get any rain . . . There were reports of snow on Sunday morning, in the area. And this morning, there is frost!

We're going to wether this little guy, and either keep him or find him a home. He's too personable to eat.

He is adorable. I know people say that ---- raised goats are not always friendly but all mine are ---- raised and they are what everyone call "lap goats". At the shows my daughter sits in her chair and they jump up in her lap. Some of you were talking about the rain. We got the first rain of the year last night, and along with it, we had tornados. I know several people that lost parts of houses, barns, campers and lots of other damage. One friends goats are really stressed out, the tornado went right over their house. But we finally got some rain.

He is SO CUTE! His mama sure seems to like to lick his butt, or is she just trying to wipe off your "human germs", ours lick their babies off after we touch them, they must think that we are dirty or something. Sorry about the tornadoes Sweet Goats, I will be praying that they stay far from you and your goats, good luck to all of ya. Bye.
