What type of goat?

We got this goat and his twin brother from a man that didn't want to bottle raise them. We were wondering what type of goat they are? Also when to ween them and what is the best starter food for them. We want them to have the best start that they can have, besides with the mom. They were born on Easter.If anyone can help it is much appreciated. Thanks ahead of time for the help!!

Looks like a Nubian cross to me.

alpine mix, or maybe some pygme depending on how big they are. nubians would have more ear droop, could just be a mixed up mix though
