discharge question

Does the color of discharge signify anything? Like does it change colors to a certain color signifying soon labor? aside from when it streams. My goat is white as white can be today. Yesterday it was clear and watery but usually it has been an amber type color..


Does the white mean anything or is this just something they do to mess with anxious owners minds?

Mine had thick white goo, it started about 3 hours before she kidded.
