Twin bucklings this morning

Our first kids this year. The girls ate their breakfast this morning with gusto, and right afterwards, as I was noticing that Tish looked to have lost her ligaments and was dropped, I turned to see Truly start contractions! She took me by surprise...I was sure she'd be last!

From the first contraction I saw until both boys were on the ground was about 30 minutes. Not bad for a first freshener. She's got an amazing udder, is a good mom, and had no objection to me taking some colostrum. (We've been working on this udder handling thing since she was six omnths old!) Good girl!

I bet Tish goes tomorrow!

Pics? Hubby has the camera in Afganistan, and I'm too cheap to buy another one!

Tish went this morning. Barbeque 7 and his sister, Clara.
