Question newborn rattling in lungs

WHAT CAN I DO SHE WAS BORN YESTERDAY MORN. SHE HAD A RATTLING BUT I THOUGHT IT WAS BECAUSE OF ALL THE MUCAS OF BIRTH. MY HUSBAND SAID WAIT TILL THE MORN. SHE STILL HAS IT. SHE WAS MUCH SMALLER THAN THE OTHER KIDS THAT HAVE BEEN BORN. HER MOTHER HAS ONLY ONE TIT THAT FEEDS BOTH KIDS. CAN I GIVE HER SOME BABY MEDS. OR DOSE SHE NEED SOMETHING ELSE.
ANY HELP WILL BE GREATFEUL

SHE SEEMS TO BE. SHE IS JUST SMALL, EAT'S AND WALKS AROUND. NEITHER ONE OF THESE KID'S RUN AND JUMP YET. WE HAVE HAD SOME THAT SEEM TO COME OUT JUMPING SO YOU THINK I SHOULD GIVE HER A DAY OR TWO?

yes

I would jsut watch her close. SOmetimes when we have slow kids we give 1/4-1/2cc of Bo-Se.
What breed is she. My nubian babies are much slower then the lamanch and Nigeiran babies.

If she inhaled birth fluids, she will be coughing and needs to in order to expel the mucus. I would keep her mouth and nose clean and be sure she isn't getting chilled. If it looks like pneumonia, I would call the vet and see what antibiotic to give a newborn. I've given Nuflor to kids, but don't remember if I ever gave it to a kid that young. Be sure she keeps nursing. I wouldn't give medicine for human babies to goats. In the future, its good to keep one of those infant mucus suction bulbs with your kidding equipment. I suction out the mouths of newborns if they have mucus in them when they are born.
