What size stock panels for ND?

Which stock panels are the best for holding in Nigerian dwarf goats? ...I'm talking about the size of holes more than the height. I'm thinking either hog panels with a couple of electrified wires at the top or else combo panels?

I cant think of the name of it but in the photo you can see in the back ground. We loop it around 2 times but my nigerian babies still get throw it. So we had to use snow mesh on the bottom. Stock panels may work if you put electrified wires on it, try to get the panels with the smallest space.

Nice Nigies Day-by-day. I have ND's and babies get out of everything except chicken wire round here. I put 2' chicken wire around the base of 4' feild fence (goat preferrably and woven not welded). Its the only sure way to do it. Hot wire 12" from bottom, and hot wire at the top. Its the only fencing I have rigged that keeps them in for sure. Not one break out yet.
