What's better than a baby on xmas!!!

Her name is Christmas Eva!!!

She is the newest addition to our herd on this a day of celebration.

She is our first nubian/boer cross doeling ever. And she's asleep in my lap right now! Her mother wanted nothing to do with her either, her mom's a gallon milker and has a full bag while eva's hungry. I'll try to get pics of her for y'all!!

Merry Christmas, and may you have a great suprise in your barn soon too!

Thumbs up

We've had 10 kids in the last two days all are good mom's but one. All she looks for is something to eat. Happy Kidding!

How wonderful for you, and I love the name. This is the season for new birth, and over the years we have had Jingle Bell, Noel, Rudy, and Ho Ho.

Well congrats!! Oh, please post some pics of your new baby! I have a Nubian doe due next month. She's bred to a Boer/Spanich cross. I'd love a (sort of) sneak-preview!

Congratulations on your new Christmas doeling. My Nubian buck's mom was born on Christmas Eve and her name is Christmas Eve - Evie for short. I breed my goats to start kidding in March but we have 2 who I think will kid in late January or early February due to bucks escaping. Boer Nubians are lovely goats. My 4 year old Kendi is a great example.
