Dry cough in young Doe - wormed her, now what?

My AlpineX doe Cayenne has developed a dry cough. I wormed all 4 of my goats with ivermectin horse paste (300 lbs worth for each), but her cough has not improved.

Now, I don't know what else to try. Any guesses??

Is it a constant cough, or just every once-in-a-while, like after she eats? Did you recently change foods? Do you have lots of clean water available? Does she have any other symptoms?

It is a occasional cough, like when she wakes up in the am, and every now and then I'll hear her while she's out grazing.

The only change she's had is that I started giving everyone about a pound of Alfalfa pellets am and pm when the weather got colder.

Could she be sensitive to them? Or to the dust from them?

Is the pellets dusty at all?
What I do for mine is put a few drops of thyme oil in their water. That really settles down the coughing. Just watch her and listen for any ratteling and wheezing.
