The injured baby is in the barn!

The baby with the injured leg is doing fine! She didn't have any problem acclimating at all! The first day and night she got butted a bit but was nimble enough to move out of the way. No one was being really mean, just trying to be above her in the "butting order." I never knew goats sniffed butts like dogs do. She kept sniffing all their butts, and they kept sniffing hers. Her twin is in the barn so they would be a little uncertain at times who was who, which was funny to watch.
I was more worried about the cold, which has been in the low twenties. But she fit righ in. And they all cuddled together to sleep under the heat lamps. I kept going out to check all night.
Just wanted to share!

Ahhh, I'm glad to hear she's settling in fine. Does she have a name yet?

Yes, she is a white LaMancha and her name is Christmas. She's still doing fine!
