Is she bloated? How's her temperature? Have you listened to her lungs? Can you give us any more information? What's she been eating? Are her mucous membranes pale? Is she in milk? Anything?

doesn't seem to have a temperature . her breathing is labored. she has not been bred yet.she has been on 16% goat feed, hay and loose minerals . i checked her eye lids and gums , they are nice and pink.

OK, shot in the dark, without looking at or listening to the animal at all. Could be bloat. If it's bloat, her stomach will be distended and hard on the right side. If that's the case, and she's still alive, you should get her to a vet right away, like as fast as you can drive. This is deadly.

It also could be pneumonia, in which case, she should see a vet tomorrow. In any case, with her being listless and groaning, you should get her in. I just don't have enough information to give you a better answer at this point, and blind diagnosis is pretty dicey anyway.

that is not good enough. what is her temp exactly?
it is very easy to take a goats temperature. with this little info you give it would be wise to go to a vet with her.
