I'm not sure this is SUPPOSED to be a bumper pull trailer...

Ad states:

7 foot, Cherokee 2 horse bumper pull has mats, padding, electric brakes, new tires, sound floor, 2 escape doors, and tack compartments. The divider can be removed and it can be used as a utility trailer. The wheel bearings were recently packed. I'm selling this for a friend who doesn't have internet, so I don't really know much more than this. It is located in South Beloit, IL. $1000 OBO. Contact the seller at 815-389-xxxx.

Probably was a real gooseneck when made. Heights of pickup beds have been raised so much in the last 8? years. Old goosenecks often don't work unless truck is a flatbed. Walls of the box are too high to allow clear turning with the older trailers.

So those folks have just moved the ball hitch point back to behind the pickup box.
Haven't heard any "bad reports" yet, from hitching that way. But because the further back ball, changes the weight bearing on back axle, someone will have problems later on and tell about it.

Not an setup I would drive, empty or loaded.
