Here we go again ... more photos

Turned mare and foal out in a new, bigger pasture this morning and sat there with my camera while I was watching to make sure nothing was going to go wrong.

He has a unique way of checking new fencelines ... not sure if he can see gaps and open gates at this speed or not!

Thanks, he's quite a character.

As for photos, my digital is slow to reset and doesn't have a zoom, so it's tough to get many pictures at a time, be close enough and get it focused. These two were the only two good ones of about 20 shots. I'm going to go up every morning when I turn out for several days and see if I can't end up with some better ones. I miss the zoom lens I had with the 35 mm camera I used so many years ... but don't miss the expense and inconvenience of buying and developing film.

Part of his purchase price may end up going for a better digital camera.
