Hi! Well, he is simply a love, sweet as pie. When he sees her, his ears perk up and his eyes follow her everywhere. He had one little episode of a temper tantrum while she was riding, she just pulled him up and asked us, "What was that?" lol.
Unfortunately, he is still at the neighbor's. My husband has had two and a half months worth of excuses; to say this has put a strain on my friendship with the neighbor is an understatement. I was unable to manually sink the posts due to our high rock soil. We finally got posts in and the wire up but now it is excuses for not running the electric or making a division under the overhang for them. He has used up the last of the nice weather, my hands are tied and I am not sure what to do. I cannot put him in the field without electric dividing him and Sid, and the electric is a bit problematic based on the unit's position and my lack of desire running a hot strand under the overhang to make the connection. I am embarrassed that the pony is still over there and his excuses that sound so stupid to me are sounding even more stupid when I parrot them back to the neighbor. I have no where else to put him. I bought them grain for their horses and pitched in for hay. I don't want to get rid of Rocky because of a laziness that isn't even MY laziness. When he finally gets over here DD will definitely be able to bond with him more, and feed him and so forth.
