Setting boarding prices with current hay costs

How are you folks doing it?

I have one full time boarder, but the rest are winter boarders.

Any suggestions?

I quit boarding when I discovered that horse people are funny but hay prices in my area are known to fluctuate by a lot so I charged a flat rate for board and minimum feed prices and just added a monthly surcharge to make up the difference.
