I haven't formally intruduced

my new boy in the equine forum yet

This is Puff and I brought him home last week. He is on a diet and exercise program (he's lost 14 pounds since I got him).

This was just a short snack/treat on the way home form a hand walk/jog to the village and back today. I'm getting him used to traffic (doing very well) in preparation for the cart.

You should see him with his winter coat!

I've known him for a few years as he belonged to my best friend ( I always had a soft spot in my heart for him), but she has too many and too much pasture for his waistline, I have him dry-lotted with the goats and he loves them

So far they have left his mane and tail alone (fingers crossed)

I'm so geeked to have my very own chocolate pony

soooo....how tall is that grass?? I guess what I really want to know is if there is as much distance from the bottom of his stomach to the ground as there is from the bottom of his stomach to the top of his back???? LOL!!! He got that way eating grass??? Now that is an easy keeper!

He's adorable!

The grass he's nibbling in there is quite short, the property belongs to the high school and they keep it mowed.

He's 30" tall and 349# (now)

Yup, he got that way on grass, and short grass too (8 horses to keep it down)

OH!
Now you have to take a picture of him with pink bunny ears! I need a picture of that.

He is adorable and he will be beautiful with his own little cart.

What a fluffy little Puffball... I'm glad you have him! He'll be a hoot!
