Recommendations for equine insurance agents?

If any of you have recommendations for independent agents for equine insurance ... I'm open to suggestions.

I am really annoyed.

more so because it is partly my fault ... posted my rant on the Homestead Questions board ... but anyway, am going to be looking for another agent.

I've used Broadstone Equine Insurance in the past...I had no problems at all, but I also didn't have any claims. I was just insuring a relatively low-value horse while the purchaser was making payments to me. Its the only insurance company I've used, so I don't know how they compare to others.

I've used Plamp Kleen in Ky. . . they are prompt and very nice!
