Has anyone used time breeding. I have had seeders in for a week and just took them out I do not have a bull/steer for heat detection so the ? is What has your experience been for time breeding

Procedure I am trying That was "recommended" by AI tech

Put in seeders(?) for 1 week

remove seeders

administer a shot of ludilyce(sp)

AI 48-52 hours later

Lutalyse..

The only thing we have used that comes close is to Lutalyse heifers and cows that are close enough to do so (when pregnancy checked and confirmed open)and then AI them 72 hours (I think that is how long) later.

When we used Lutalyze on our heifers we bred them 12 after standing heat, which was about 36 hours after the injections. All 40 head took on the first try.

So that corresponds to the 48-52 hours that my AI tech said(?)
