Cow urine touted as a cure-all

Some things are just too strange to be believed, but ...

Quote:
NEW DELHI - Alongside life-size posters of Hindu nationalist leaders, Indian political activists can now buy lotions, potions and pills to cure anything from cancer to hysteria to piles — all made from cow urine or dung.

... In addition to medicines, the goratna products range from cow dung toothpaste, to detergents, a skin-whitening cream, baldness and obesity cures, soap and a cow urine “antiseptic aftershave.”

... The use of cow products in India is centuries old. The five key products — butter, milk, curd, urine and dung — are collectively known as panchgavya and are an important part of ayurvedic medicine.

Surely there must be a way for American homesteaders to tap into this market?! Heh!

I think if you sold it in a vineger bottle to be sprinkled over food, it would make a great appetite suppressant.

Well atleast if the toothpaste tasted like $h1t, that is due to the fact it is $h1t. Aside from cow urine, etc. Did you know bees venom can cure people who are bed riden from arthritis? Also they said people who have been stung and stung by honey bees, do not get cancer, or atleast have a slim chance of cancer, and heart disease. This is from a book about honey bee therapy or something my mother has been reading.

A lot of stuff out there that can help, the pharmaceutical companies do not want you to know.

I remember a long time ago someone claiming a cure for baldness. Get a cow to lick their head.

YUCK! I'm wondering how they can brush their teeth with cow poo and not get E. coli? Isn't that transmitted thru cow poo??

I can't imagine using lotion made from pee, either! Just not very sanitary!
