Unhappy eye infection?????

i have a jersey cow that has had a yellowish discharge from one of his eyes.he has had it for about 2 weeks.what should i do? what does it mean?

What does the eye itself look like - red and inflammed or clear and healthy. Do you have a head bale that you can put him into and have an inspection of the lids. There are many reasons as to why this might be happening - wind and dust, something embedded in the lids or eye, infection. If nothing seems obvious, give your vet a ring.

It looks clear the eye itself,i think you were right about the dust ive been usen a i cream seems to help alot!!thank you for taken the time,i was stressen alot.
