Organic breeding (synchro question)

Curious if anyone knows whether you can use embryo transplants if you were milking organically. Actually what can you not use for breeding? I want to synchronize these animals so they come into heat around the same time, so they calf around the same time, so milking begins within a few days, vs weeks.

Thanks!

Jeff

If you are registered organic your certifiing agency will be able to answer that question. If your not registered you can still ask them. I doubt AI should be a problem. Syncronizing there heat is another kettle of fish altogether...

I found out some info, and embryo transplants are not allowed, and neither are any shots that bring them into heat. So its all natural, but I was told the natural way is easy after the first year, they calf around the same time, and should synchro then. The farm that told us of this purchased a herd that was syncronized, so it is possible..

Thanks for any info anyone gave.
