coughing calf

My calf that is about 3 weeks old coughs when I feed him a bottle of milk replacer. Last week when we had him on electrolytes he didn't cough, on when feeding milk replacer. He is in a clean dry barn with plenty of ventilation.

What kind of milk replacer and what kind of cough. Does his breathing heavy or is he a bit dull?
