Why I milk a cow

The answer is HERE. Am I the only one? Can anyone relate?

Let's just say....I can relate to Cliff!

LOL. Just kidding. Actually, I *can* relate, but also to your sentiment. I enjoy milking and the routine, very, very much. (And I have a very rare 2-3 week break right now. Just in time for this nasty weather.)

I can relate. Nice blog post, I enjoyed a few others of hers - thanks for posting it.
Actually, milking is the best part of a day, in my opinion, it's a wonderful sort of mini-vacation from anything urgently non-cow.

Taking care of Marianne and milking her is something Numb and I do together. She's dry now and I really miss the special time we spent twice a day conversing without the distraction of TV, radio, computers, etc.!

Yes I can relate and I enjoyed reading your blog. I haven't milked commercially for years but figure there will be a milk cow of some shape or size here on the place from now on. My wife and kids don't share the passion and I'm sure the cows will be at the sale barn before I make it to the undertaker but that's fine with me!
They also have passions that I don't have. That's what makes the world go around.
