Adding cider vinegar to water troughs

I am looking for a way to meter the cider being out in the troughs. Reason being is the alpha cows will get there first and drink the good stuff and the passive cows aren't getting any vinegar.
Thoughts?

The two brands that I've had recommended to me are Dosatron and Gatorxl. No personal experience though.
