Price of Bottle Heifer vs. Bull Calf

I have been getting $450 for my week-old bottle calves this season on CL. I've had all bulls up until last night. Do most folks pay the same, more, or less for dairy X hereford heifer vs. bull calf?

something like that will probably go for less.
Heifers will be docked when sold at the sales barn and a beef/dairy cross heifer will probably not be as in demand for a brood animal.
But you never know.

That was initially my thinking as well. I am in a "keep all heifers" mode in my beef herd, but really don't want this one at all over on that side of things. I have her mentally discounted already, but wanted to see what value others place in the heifers from dairy/beef crosses.

I did find one CL ad where someone was selling dairy bottle calfs, and had the heifers listed slightly lower, which confirmed my thinking.
