Pre-milking I use diluted Shaklee's basic H on micro fiber towels. One per cow. On filthy days, I'll also use sanitary wipes in addition. I use the basic H because it makes the teats, and my hands, feel greaseless and clean without a soapy residue. On the downside, if I am not careful and over saturate the towel, I end up waiting longer for the teats to dry. I don't run into that issue with the wipes. They dry right up, but do a poor job of soil removal.
Post milking I use foaming iodine. (Hamby's messed up a recent re-order and sent me foaming "by mistake". I was torqued at first, but after using it once I will never go back to non-foaming.)
