Short bull taller cow?

I'm new to cattle so this might be a stupid question but...will a shorter bull be able to breed a taller cow? I'm thinking that the parts wont line up, lol.

Cow is about a foot higher than the bull. We have an ayrshire cow and were thinking of breeding her to a little dexter/devon bull.

If a miniature horse can breed a Clydesdale, then I'm sure the cattle can also find a way.

My Lowline bull had no problem breeding cows much taller than he. Where there's a will, there's a way!

I heard from the people that got my dexter cows that the bull was breeding the neighbouring Amishs' jersey's by standing on a milking stand.

I've seen my short legged Dexter bull move my black & red angus cows to a low spot in the pasture so he could do his job. Don't worry he will get the job done!
