Bloody scours in a nursing calf

When our calf has nursed his fill, he usually hangs around while I sneak a little milk for our house. Usually poops right near me so I get to see how things are going with him. All good until I saw a little blood this morning. He is almost a couple of weeks old and gets most of his food from mom. I have calf starter out for him but he is not too interested. He just started spending a little more time outside so there is a little change in feed there as he nibbles pasture. My neighbour tells me he saw the calf licking dirt yesterday, so it could be that he is lacking minerals or picked something up. Haven't seen any more of that behaviour today.
He is active and following our cow around. Looks fine. Just the poop, but I know that's not good. This stuff always seems to happen when the vet is closed and this is a long weekend in Canada.
Any ideas?

Oh, and poop is brown not yellow, so seems like he is still digesting milk.

If you can get Supra sulfa 3 at tsc or feed store it will help alot don't wait or you could loose him.

Thanks for the advice. He is doing fine now. Stool is thickening and no blood. He is out all day with our cow now and enjoying the sun and fresh air. Gave him some antibiotics just in case.
