Hey all, been a while since I posted. I've been busy doing computer work at home and taking care of all the chores. Things are green and beautiful here now.
Jersey had twin girls last year, we were totally surprised with twins. She was huge before she had them, but she is always on the fat side. Jersey Girl is doing great, we are still milking every day. We did dry her up the last 2 months before her due date.
She was AI'd to a Milking Shorthorn, Rovin Bliss. The girls are so beefy looking, I love the Jersey - Milking Shorthorn cross. We are going to AI to Milking Shorthorn again.

And this year pics, they are almost as big as Jersey. Jersey Girl is the best cow ever, the best mom. We milk in the morning now, and the girls go out with her during the day so they can go in the big pasture too. Jenny looks like a dark Jersey and Josie looks like a Shorthorn. I tried but could not find a pic of the sire.
