Caring for my first calf, got questions.

So I have always wanted a calf before, I have experience with lots of other farm animals but not cows. So my neighbor who farms them had a calf that got rejected by its mother a few days ago, and seeing that I had a pen, experience, and wanted one he gave me the calf. He is a two week old hefer and I only plan on having him for a year, maybe less. I have a safe pen, bottle, and milk replacer to start off but I have a few questions:
-When do you deworm them, what age?
-When do I increase milk supplements?
-Any other common knowledge advice?
