Pasture seeds

So, I have been getting good advise on how to build some pastures to run pasture pigs on. We are now wanting to get a beef cow or 2. Can I pasture rotation them together and if so do I need to add or not plant any of the seeds I already have bought? I have right now... Rape, Trefoil, med red clover, ladino clover, millet, Ky, and brome. I have tried frost seeding but only some areas with med red and rape. Any advise would be great, I have been doing research like crazy on pigs but not cows. Thanks
