What to keep to eat

I have to figure out what is most profitable to keep. I have three Holstein steers that I grafted onto cows this year. I have 3 pure Angus, one 3/4 Angus 1/4 jersey(horns), one half Angus half Jersey (horns) then I have 2 little more then half Angus remainder Highland steers(horns).
I can sell two steers at $2.50 a pound hanging weight in the fall next year and I would like one for myself. Doesn't really matter what ones I keep as far as customer choose they don't care.
I know the Holsteins are selling for $.70 at the auction and the Angus for $1.40 locally. Anything with horns takes a huge hit ( $.80 or less a pound) and who ever was running the dehorner didn't seem to do a good job as they all still have horns (it wasn't me)
So that is seven animals with horns but I can only keep three to finish.....

If you plan on selling the rest at sale barn/stockyard sell the angus there more money in your pocket. Butcher does not care if they have horns.

I have the callicrate bander but need to ship this month and so far it has taken longer then a month for me to get horns off with it. We have seven with horns I usually eat those with horns but we ended up with to many this year.
Two of the Holsteins are black and white and one is almost all black everything else is solid black.
