I need a surge pulsator expert

I have an old surge milker. I bought the replacement parts on Hamby and replaced all the leathers and stuff. It seemed to work fine then. A few months later it is moving with great difficulty. I tried oiling it, but it didn't really seem to help and on one of the pulsars even seemed to make it more difficult.

Anyone ever had this problem and how do you fix it?

Nevermind. I got it fixed. I just kept fiddling with it and then it worked. Not sure why it wasn't working the first time.

Pulsators need to be oiled, and that oil seems to attract every bit of airborne dust there is. Oil regularly, and when it starts running rough take it apart, clean it, and boot it back up.
