Our holstein we raised and had processed!

She was a 2 year old free martin heifer. We have been feeding her a 5 gallon bucket of sweet feed for the last two months. The processors said she was one of the best looking dairy carcasses they have seen! Thanks for all the help and tips!
She was 299 one half and 302 the other side. Well see how much packaged meat we get back. Our holstein we raised and had processed! - CattleOur holstein we raised and had processed! - Cattle

Congratulations on your harvest.
I hope you have enough freezer space for it all.
Let us know how good it tastes.
