Bred Cows For Sale, York County, PA
We have 4 bred heifers born at the end of 6/11 and early 7/11. We also have a bred cow born 2/07, and this will be her 4th calf. All 5 were purchased back in 7/11 from friends of ours that run a large organic rotational grazing dairy farm. They are one of the most respected dairy farms in Lancaster County and are frequently hosts of many classes for PASA. The cows were all grass fed there, and were all grass fed here. All very well tempered. They are a mix of NZ Freisen Holstein, Jersey, and a little Dutch Belted.
We bought with the intention to milk them, but plans have changed. I don't farm for a living, so its hard to justify keeping them around. I believe I can work out a very fair deal with you if interested.
I don't have a good picture of the last heifer. She is a bit smaller framed than the others and appears to be more Jersey. She was AI'd with Jersey semen, the other were bred with Holstein semen.
Please do not hesitate to ask any questions.
