Question Hives? Itchy bumps

Hi all! I have a question about my sweet Jersey cow that we've had for a couple of months now. We've been working through the 'new cow' adventures that come up and she is doing great. But within the last few days I noticed it looks like she is losing hair around her eyes and she is bumpy!! Around her eyes, along her jaw, really most of her head/face and even some on her neck.

Now, when I got her from our friends I noticed some bumps on her neck that are still there. But these itchy bumps have multiplied and are driving her crazy! I know it's not flies since it's the dead of winter...and the lice I have seen in goats don't cause itchy bumps like these. They remind me of when my horse would get hives.

The other issue is that she is pregnant and due in June/July -- so I am limited on how I can treat her. I haven't changed feeds since this started happening (I did a couple of weeks prior, but wouldn't a food allergy usually show up quickly?). Has anyone experienced this? Thanks so much for your time! I can try to get some photos tomorrow in the light.

Thanks so much for the input kycrawler! I have dealt with ringworm in my goat herd, and this looks nothing like it...reminds me of the hives my horse gets.
