Starting to be interested in raising cattle

Here in Kansas. I'm trying to figure out what the average cattle land lease prices should be. I realize that closer to town the more expensive it will be but how do I go around asking for the prices?

Get in touch with a regional cattlemen's association, a farm bureau office, extension service, or real estate people and see what they have to say. Good luck.
