Dairy auction, Indiana

Jan. 5, Amish farm, dairy consignment auction, Rockville, IN:

Don't know anything more about this auction, might be interesting in light
of the fiscal cliff/farm bill fiasco.

Thats glicks auction i will probably have a couple bred jersey heifers there this is not a large auction by any means . Last year there were about 30-40 head total there about 10 cows 7-8 bulls and some young stock . Mainly it is an auction for the local amish community

Hey Kycrawler, How old/mean is that Jersey bull of yours? I have an Amish acquaintance looking for either a Guernsey or Milking Devon bull, but I'll be sure and mention yours when I talk to him next.

My bull isnt really mean he is rough on equipment hay feeders , round bale rings bunk feeders . He is going on 3 years old weighs just over 1000 lbs just had him checked by vet and is good to go . i have him loaned out one more time as soon as kevin a can come get him then he is destined to go to the freezer unless someone wants to buy him first . If your amish friend wants to trade i would be interested in some young heifers
