Hello all.

I'm a long time lurker, first time poster. I'm from Louisiana. I have one bull, three cows, and a new-born calf in the pasture. There are 2 butcher hogs in the pig pen. Also 24 black broilers in the chicken tractor.
I just wanted to thank all of you for opening my eyes to so many different things about livestock, as i have just got into raising animals (food).

Hi glad to offer any helpful advice just got my beef and hog bak from the butcher canned up most of the lean hog meat and the freezer is loaded with beef all tender clean and chemical free its great not having to count on walmart for groceries isn't it :}
