5 years later...
Almost exactly 5 years ago (Dec 29th) Heart gave us her first calf with us, a heifer, and today she gave us her 4th heifer calf since owning her. She has also had 1 bull calf.

She has been a jewel and is still going strong at 11 years old. The calf's name is Holly.

She had 3 calves before we got her so she has had a total of 8 calves....never any milk fever, ketosis, or health problems. She will have a forever home here for sure.
