pork brains in a can

hey, the place I got frozen brain from to try leather does not have it anymore, can I use the stuff that comes in milk gravy in a can do you think?

I don't know how they will work for leather, but they're great in scrambled eggs.

Why don`t you go to your local processing plant (butcher) and ask them if you could get some. Tell them what your doing or they may think your nuts. I know I could have some the next day from my guy, I take enough animals to him I could get just about anything. > Thanks Marc
