Do cattle need health papers to cross Ia./Mo. line?

Wondering if anyone can help with experience or link to answer this question. Can you move a cow from Iowa to Missouri without health papers? Thanks.

You must have health papers, and the animals must meet the requirements of the destination state (in this case, Missouri). Here's the link:

Regulations & Permits

Give the Missouri state vet's office a call to confirm what is needed, then contact your vet. Your vet's office will probably contact Missouri as well.
