Angus/Keaneese (sp) Cross

I am curious if anyone here has had the chance to try this cross for freezer beef. If so, how does it taste, and how is the fat content? Any info is greatly appreciated.

Do you mean Chianina (Italian breed). I think the cross is called Chiangus. Sorry, I don't know what the beef is like. You might try googling it?
