Couple of questions

I understand that twin heifer/bull that there is a chance of a freemartin, is this 100% all the time or 50% or what? Also do any of you house your calves with goats?

Approx. 95-97% of the time the heifer will be unbredable. Yes I house my calves with my goats, never had a problem. Topside

Anytime we've had a bull/heifer twin set, she gets sold when he does. They seldom breed and aren't worth the money it takes to keep them, only to find out she's sterile.

Usually, you can tell by looking at her appearance and conformation whether she will be sterile. If she carries more of a "bullish" look rather than a "cowy" look, she will usually be sterile.

Yes, goats and calves/cows can be kept together.
