new pasture in foothills nc

Hi folks just looking for advice about puting in a small 15 acer pasture ?Which seed is better and yes I wanna run a cow or two .any advice much apprecaited!Getting ready for the loggers soon!!!!

You can't beat going to your County Agricultural Agent for advice. Between what he knows and some soil tests, you should get started on the right foot.
